Oe-Cusse – ISFIT and UNWIRA expressed their gratitude to Parish Numbei for hosting them during a week of research and community service. The thanksgiving was celebrated during the Sunday Mass of the Solemnity of Christ the King. The Mass took place on November 24th, 2024, at the parochial church of Numbei.
The final common Sunday Mass of Christ the King was the perfect time for the ISFIT and UNWIRA research team to thank Numbei Parish. Father Francisco da Costa presided over the Mass and represented the research team from ISFIT and UNWIRA to give thanks, especially to the parochial administrator of Numbei, Father Júlio do Carmo, along with the Parochial Council and the entire community of Numbei for welcoming and embracing them during the week.
At the same time, Father Júlio do Carmo, on behalf of the Parochial Council, expressed his gratitude to ISFIT and UNWIRA. He said, “I give thanks to you all because you have helped us with pastoral activities. Together with the Parochial Council, we sincerely consider your research recommendations. We are going to address the necessities and concerns of the community.”
Following the international research plan, the research team will continue their activities for another week in Wini, Indonesia. (Research Team)
