Oe-cusse – A philosophy team hosted an international seminar titled “Instilling Catholic Marriage Moral Values in the Community of the Old Church, Oe-cusse.” The seminar was part of the team’s community service activities and took place on November 20, 2024, at the Old Church in Oe-cusse.
Two expert speakers delivered presentations during the seminar: Prof. Elídio A. Guterres, Ms. Fil., and Father Antonius Kapitan, S.Fil., M.A.P., M.Fil., M.Sos.
In line with the general theme, Prof. Elídio discussed “Philosophical Perspectives on Marriage and Their Implications for the Family Life Experience of the Ecclesial Community in Oe-cusse.” Meanwhile, Father Antonius presented his sub-topic on “Understanding Moral Values as an Effort to Preserve the Integrity of Married Life for the Community of the Old Church in Oe-cusse.”
Members of the Oe-cusse community, students from ISFIT and UNWIRA, and a team of researchers attended the international seminar.
