DILI βAcademic Senate of ISFIT organized an internal capacity-building training program for its administrative staff from August 10 to 12, 2026.
The training targeted key personnel across various departments, including faculty assistants, student affairs personnel, and general administration officers.
The primary objective of this initiative was to enhance the skills and professional capacities of the staff to ensure that institutional management remains effective,
Administrative services play a vital strategic role within the institution, serving as the backbone for:
- Academic administration management
- Human resources administration
- Official correspondence and archival systems
- Direct administrative support and services for lecturers and students
To deliver high-quality training, ISFIT invited two distinguished guest speakers from Universitas Katolik Widya Mandira (UNWIRA) Kupang, Indonesia:
- Yohanes P. Lian, S.Pd., M.Hum.
- Desiderius Metan, S.Fil., M.M
Both resource persons shared valuable expertise and best practices in higher education administration to help modernize and streamline ISFITβs daily operational workflows. (Media ISFIT)
