Wini – ISFIT and UNWIRA closed the international research and community service activity with a holy mass. The Sunday mass took place on November 1, 2024, at the parochial church of Parish Wini.
After the mass, Father João Guterres, as the program coordinator, gave thanks to the entire team. He affirmed, “On this occasion, first of all, we express our gratitude to the Holy Trinity. Because of the abundance of His Grace and Blessings, we have been able to successfully complete the series of research and community service activities from September 16 to this Sunday in Wini, with the theme of instilling moral values in Catholic marriage.”
The coordinator further commented that these activities represent a concrete form of our commitment to carrying out the principles of higher education, particularly in the aspects of research and community service conducted by both institutions. “I express my highest appreciation to all parties involved, from the research team, students, and community, to the entire committee. Your dedication has brought success to our activities over the past two weeks through the research we conducted. This has helped us address several issues in Catholic marriage and assisted families in understanding, internalizing, and living out the moral values of the nature of matrimony, monogamy, and indissolubility. Additionally, by engaging with the community, we have demonstrated that knowledge can be a real solution to the challenges faced by society,” highlighted Father João Guterres.
At the same time, Father Yohanes Subani, representing the team of UNWIRA, and Father Yoris Senda, the Parochial Priest of Wini, expressed their gratitude for the realization of this international activity.
