Wini – The students of ISFIT and UNWIRA organized an international seminar titled “Instilling the Moral Values of Catholic Marriage for the People of Wini.” The seminar took place on November 30th, 2024, at the parochial stage of Wini, Atambua.
The seminar featured three expert speakers who linked their sub-topics to the general theme. The speakers were Father Oktavianus Naif, Father José Felipe, and Father Yoris Samuel Senda.
The first speaker, Father Oktavianus Naif, shared a sub-topic aligned with the general theme about Catholic Marriage from a Missiological Perspective. Moreover, Father José Filipe spoke about Catholic Marriage from a Canon Law Perspective, and the final speaker, Father Yoris, discussed Marriage from a Pastoral Perspective.
The people of Wini, the authorities of Wini, the parochial council, and the students of ISFIT and UNWIRA participated in this seminar. The event provided va luable insights into the spiritual, legal, and practical dimensions of Catholic marriage, inspiring attendees to uphold the moral values essential for nurturing strong and faithful family bonds. These discussions not only enhanced the understanding of marriage from various perspectives but also emphasized the importance of living out these values in daily life, promoting a cohesive and supportive community.
